Product Definition

• Product defined as a DVD or web video
• What it does: 5-10 minuted DVD for funding raising, recruiting volunteers, clients, and new donors, providing training to staff and volunteers, and non profit events and conferences.

• Strengths: longevity, client list, success of product, multi lingual
• Weaknesses: marketing strategy, scheduling and production, market research, business structure
• Opportunities: great location, recent increase in benevolence, need for videos, using the web as a tool
• Threats: lowering the quality of the product new demand for web video, competition
